At Bars + Tone i didn’t really see much but i did learn a lot career wise . I learned from Stefan that you need to have an open mind in looking for colleges because the college you want to got my not have the course you want or may not expect what you think you its going to be. I took this serious because with today’s economy classes are high and colleges are cheaper than others.
I learned from Brian to give a nice handshake and to say your name loud and clear also with confidence so that the person who is interviewing you for a job or anything important will remember you. This was important to me because i don’t talk loud and I would have to speak up a little bit so i can make a good impression. I also learned that if you put your hand on top while giving a handshake it shows that you are in charge in a way.
While I was talking to Eric he told me that my career should be something you enjoy to do not a job that you are unhappy with. Internship is something Stefan told me to take advantage of because it make it easier to get a job because you have experience and he started out as a intern and end up with a huge business. Over all I had a good time there and I’m glad they took the time to show their company to us.
